We began breeding dogs over 15 years ago, originally with no intention of becoming professional breeders. Our journey started simply with the desire to keep a puppy from one of our much-loved family pets. However, our passion quickly grew, leading us to research breeds that best suited our lifestyle.

After gaining extensive knowledge of the Cane Corso and dedicating years to research, we made the decision to play our part in preserving this remarkable breed. This commitment led to the establishment of Lockdown Kennels UK in 2018. Since then, the experience has brought us immense joy, pride, and fulfilment. We’ve built a strong and loyal Lockdown family, with many of our puppy owners staying in regular contact and connecting through our ‘Lockdown Puppies’ Facebook community.
